By using the website kataster24.sk (the “Site”) you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Site. The Slovak version is legally binding.
1. The service
The Site is an independent information tool that presents publicly available data about real estate in Slovakia from open sources – mainly the ÚGKK SR cadastral map (ESKN, INSPIRE, ZBGIS), the Address Register of the Slovak Republic and data from ŠGÚDŠ, VÚPOP and the EEA. The Site is not affiliated with the Geodesy, Cartography and Cadastre Authority of the Slovak Republic, district offices or any other state body, and it is not an official data source or issuer of extracts.
2. Accuracy
Important: data on the Site is generated automatically from open sources and may be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date. We give no warranty of its correctness. Before making any decision, verify the data in the official registers; for legal acts, always obtain an official extract of the ownership sheet.
3. Not professional advice
Information on the Site (including location risks, BPEJ and building data) is for information only and is not legal, tax, financial or valuation advice.
4. Limitation of liability
The Site is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct or indirect damage arising from using data from the Site, from interruptions of its operation or from errors in source data.
5. Rules of use
You agree not to download data in bulk by automated means (scraping), not to overload the Site with attacks, not to use it for unlawful purposes or misuse of personal data, and to respect the licences of the source data.
6. Intellectual property and licences
Open data belongs to its publishers and is used under their licences (e.g. ÚGKK SR and Address Register open data, OpenStreetMap under the ODbL). The Site’s design, layout and software belong to kataster24.sk.
7. Personal data
Processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy policy and the Cookie policy.
8. Changes
We may change these terms from time to time. The current wording is always on this page; by continuing to use the Site you accept it.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Slovak Republic and the European Union.
