Informative and official extracts
- Informative extract – free in ZBGIS or on Portál ESKN. It is for guidance only and has no legal force.
- Official extract – for legal purposes (purchase contract, bank, court). You can get it electronically via Slovensko.sk or at the cadastral department of the okresný úrad (district office) for an administrative fee.
What to watch out for
- A plomba (seal) on a parcel means a change is currently being processed at the cadastre (for example, registration of a new purchase contract).
- Always check part C before buying. A bank’s or bailiff’s lien passes with the property.
- A parcel with no LV may have unsettled ownership.
On Kataster24 you will see the LV number for every parcel. Enter a parcel or address and go straight from the plot overview to ZBGIS.
